You deal with a single point of contact throughout. The machine is built to your specification and travels from the factory to you, without intermediate warehouses.
Frequently asked questions about the compra
What are the payment terms?
We propose milestone payments: 30 % on order confirmation, 40 % when production ends after you receive photos and video of your machine, and 30 % before shipment. Everything is in writing in the offer before anything is confirmed. We explain it under Secure payment and guarantees.
How long does the machine take to arrive?
Made-to-order production has an indicative lead time of about 3 months from confirmation. Transport to your country is added to that and is specified in the quote.
Does the machine pass through your premises?
No. It is built at the manufacturer's factory and shipped directly to your site or to the destination port we agree. We coordinate the whole process.
Who handles transport and customs?
We define it in the offer according to your destination: you can ask for transport included to your country or arrange it yourself. We tell you what documentation you need at destination.
What warranty and technical service are there?
Warranty and technical service depend on the model and destination country, and are confirmed in writing in the quote. Ask us for the terms before you decide.
