Questions about payment
Why is a deposit required?
Because the machine is made to order with your configuration: it is not stock. The manufacturer starts production when the order is confirmed, which is why the first payment is only 30 %.
What if production is delayed?
The lead time and the terms for a delay are in writing in the offer before you pay anything. We keep you informed of progress and of any change.
Can I pay by letter of credit?
For high-value orders, it is an option we can study with you when preparing the offer.
Can I see my machine before making the main payment?
Yes. Before the second payment you receive photos and video of your finished unit, and you can ask for an independent inspection.
Who do I pay?
To HUERTAS TRADE SOCIEDAD LIMITADA, by transfer to the company's Spanish bank account shown on the proforma invoice.
