Who manufactures the machines?
Xiamen TDER Industrial Co., Ltd., a Chinese machinery manufacturer based in Xiamen. Huertas Trade coordinates the purchase and delivery.
Do the machines pass through your premises?
No. They are made at the factory and shipped directly to your site or the agreed destination port.
How long does delivery take?
The indicative production time is about 3 months from confirmation; transport comes on top and is specified in the offer.
How do I pay?
We propose milestone payments: 30 % on order confirmation, 40 % when production ends after you receive photos and video of your machine, and 30 % before shipment. It is set out in writing in each offer.
Do you publish prices?
No: the price depends on configuration, transport and destination. Request a no-obligation quote.
What warranty do they have?
Warranty and technical service depend on the model and country and are confirmed in writing in the quote.
Do you ship to Latin America and other countries?
Yes: we supply Spain, Europe, the US and Latin America. Tell us the delivery country.
Can I configure the machine?
Yes, depending on the model: mast height, battery, tyres, attachments and colour.
Are they CE marked?
Ask us about the specific model: we confirm with the manufacturer the documentation available for your country before quoting.
Which forklift suits me if I am unsure?
Use the machine finder or tell us your load, height and environment and we will recommend a model.
Do you offer used forklifts?
No: we work with new, made-to-order machines.
Can I see the machine before paying?
We can provide photos and video of the unit and, depending on the order, a pre-shipment inspection. This is agreed in the offer.
Which mini excavator do I need for a 1.5 m trench?
A 1.5 to 2 t machine is usually enough, with margin: the TCE15 reaches 1,800 mm and the TCE20 2,150 mm according to the manufacturer's data sheet. Tell us your access and we will recommend one.
Do you sell electric mini excavators?
Yes. The lithium electric range runs from 0.8 to 2 t, with fast charging and below 55 to 60 dB(A) at one metre.
Do you have wheel and crawler excavators?
Yes: wheel excavators from 7 to 21 t and crawler excavators from 6.5 to 53 t, besides mini excavators from 0.8 to 4 t and backhoe loaders.
